BEST FOR
Children who feel worried, sensitive or overwhelmed by treatment
Happy Visits (Nitrous Oxide)
Some children need extra support to settle into dental care. A thoughtful visit plan—and nitrous oxide when appropriate—can make treatment feel much more manageable.
Gentle care for growing smiles
What to expect
Helping dental visits feel predictable
We start by understanding what your child finds difficult. Familiarisation, simple choices and a clear tell-show-do approach can build trust without rushing them.
When nitrous oxide may help
Nitrous oxide, sometimes called happy gas, is breathed through a small nose piece. It can help reduce anxiety while your child stays awake and able to communicate throughout their appointment.
We assess suitability carefully and talk you through preparation, what your child may feel and what happens after the visit.

Not sure what your child needs?
That’s completely okay. Book a gentle check-up and we’ll talk through the best next step together.
